BHPS is non-denominational, co-educational day school enrolling students in its Academic Preschool (ages 2-4), Florida's Voluntary Pre-K4 program, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade.  We also provide our families with extra support through our After School program.  Additionally, we offer the opportunity for those students with post-September 1 birthdays to start our program at an early age if they are academically, socially, and emotionally prepared.

 

Our inclusion of the fine arts, technological training, and activity awareness immerses your child in a balanced system of intellectual, moral, emotional, physical, and creative development.

 

BHPS operates Monday through Friday in accordance with the Leon County Schools Regular Calendar.  Our school calendar can be found here.  The hours of operation are as follows:

 

7:00 AM - School Opens

8:30 AM - Kindergarten,  First Grade and Second Grade begin.

9:00 AM - Pre-K programs begin.

12:00 PM - Half-Day VPK4 program ends.

3:00 PM - Academic Day ends; After School begins.

6:00 PM - After School ends.  School closes.
